this is the closest to our house and we go alot, but i wish it were cleaner. also wish for a sandbox and a more gentle "water feature" overall, though, i'm grateful it's there.

I LOVE this park and it makes me want to move to Tribeca. Great spot for kids of all ages and it serves as a meeting space for all the Tribeca families. Big part of what gives Tribeca its neighborhoody feel.

a fantastic, new park with great views... definitely a destination spot, so don't forget sunscreen, food and drinks - you may be there for a while... somehow, in the fabulous design, creating some shaded areas...

the playground equipment is okay, but the sand is not very clean... other areas of the park are good for picnics... the Old Stone House is worth a visit, but not with a squirmy toddler in tow... not as crowded...

My twins have been coming here since they were 3 months old. The slightly padded tiling makes it perfect for babies starting to crawl and walk. Can get very crowded on summer evenings though.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. i tell everyone it is my summer house. It gets really crowded but is a real charm in the fall when everyone else is back at their regular parks. Not too much shade though, so beware!

This is a fantastic, new, clean park with great views. The only drawback is probably its distance from everything except Chelsea Piers, and the fact that you have to be slightly older to enjoy it.
